Home was originally the size of the living room, front bedroom and bathroom. The back half of the house was added on years ago. For that reason, the older basement has a small knee wall and the back half doesn't. There are similar differences in the attic.
There is a ladder in the front bedroom closet to the attic. The owner isn't sure if there have been raccoons in the attic so he's keeping the attic lights on along with a radio, to deter them if that's what's going on. He also cut away vegetation around the house to block accessibility.
Owner has been meaning to fix up and paint for some time so the upstairs is prepped and ready to go. Wood floors in the master bedroom, too.
Should the buyer want to put in a driveway, owner said the gas, water and sewer all run on the West side of the front steps.
